My signature yoga-journaling hybrid series brought to you in the comfort of your own home. If you are looking to deepen your yoga practice and get more out of your time on the mat, this is for you.
How to Prepare
Come early. Technology always takes a bit longer to navigate than we anticipate. I typically open the meeting for people to join at least 5 minutes before we are set to start. And if you know me, you know I start ON TIME.
Have your space prepared in advance. This means have your yoga mat (if you're using one) laid out and laptop/mobile device positioned in a place where you can see and hear it to follow along.
Bring a notebook and pen as well any props to support you in the practice. I like body pillows or back-of-the-couch cushions, but regular pillows, yoga blocks, or bolsters would also…
