About the event
This program is a 2-hour-minimum investment of your time for 13 weeks in a row. But we’lll also be doing readings outside of class as well as homework. In addition, you will schedule two 1:1 60-minute coaching/private yoga sessions sometime throughout the series with me, as well as have occasional partner homework. So, yes, this program is asking a lot of you.
But it will deliver so much more in return. I’m putting the best of the tools, resources, and exercises I have gathered over my years of coaching clients altogether in one package here. The things I have used personally to get to where I am today: the happiest I have ever been in my life.
